On April 18 at 19:00 We invite you At the JU Muzeji i galerije Budve gallery A unique concert THE BRIDGE. ๐
It is a bridge between the past and the present. Neoclassical and modern minimalism on a unique instrument in the style of the Venetian Renaissance.
Alexander Starkov is a multi-instrumentalist and improviser, inventor and creator of many unique musical instruments. Initially, a pianist by training, he refused to use the usual modern piano, creating a keyboard instrument for himself. The crystal airy sound of the hammered Clavicimbalum, the prototype of the modern piano, gives modern music a special flavor, a new meaning, as if creating a bridge, an arch between the enduring beauty of the past and the harmonies of modern neoclassicism appealing to it.
In the program: Philip Glass - Mishima, Satyagraha Ludovico Enaudi - Passaggio, La Nascita Hans Zimmer - Interstellar Eduard Artemyev - Sibiriada Gia Kancheli - Kin-Dza-Dza Vladimir Martynov - Beatitudes Arvo Pรคrt - Psalom, Trivium Alexander Starkov - Improvisations.

Do you know of an event that's not here?
Please send us a screenshot at [email protected].
Helping each other out is how we all can live better lives as expats in Montenegro.
This is a pet project that I created because the Montenegrin English community is not as developed as some other countries and it was a bit hard to find out what was happening around town if you don't speak Montenegrin.
The city level governments actually do a pretty good job organizing public events here. It's just that if you're not following the Facebook/Instagram/other social media accounts for every single organization, it's very easy to miss out on something that you might enjoy.
Hopefully, all of us in the expat community can post events that we find here so that everyone can see at a glance what they might be interested in.
The easiest way to search is to click on one of the purple tags at the top of the listing. That will automatically find every event that has that tag, listed by date.
If that fails, just type in a keyword like "Music" or the city name into the search box. You can type multiple words, and the system will find every event which contains those words.
Just send me an email at [email protected].
If this page starts getting popular, I might need some help from community moderators, but hopefully, some government organization will make an offical version of this tool before then. ๐
Nope. This is just a pet project for myself and the community.
There are no paid ads here, no Facebook trackers, or anything like that. If you're interested in our privacy policy, please look here: about/privacy.html.
Just send this page to your friends so that we can get more eyeballs looking for community events. The more of us there are, the less events we'll miss.
On most systems, you can just double-click on the file to import the event information into your calendar program.
